John
Brilliant hotel, it offers good services and marvellous location right by stores across the road and there restaurants and shopping center. The rooms are huge and well-kept, with a safe box, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar.
-
Anthony
The room here was incredibly spacious and had a very comfortable bed, along with convenient amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and soft bathrobes in the bathroom; the staff was also very friendly and helpful.
-
Wayne
The room is huge and very spacious with climate control, a laptop-sized safe, and a flat-screen TV, and there are plenty of excellent dining choices available.

Ray
I loved the cleanliness of the room, always tidy and fresh.
There was nothing I didn't like.

breakfast is very good and waiters attentive, pool staff (delivery of towels, umbrella ushers) diligent.
What I didn't like is that there is no longer a beach shop in the hotel, there is no ATM, the parking fee is high at 360 pesos for three days and some security guards were very annoying asking you what you are carrying, it is clear to me that the hotel's policy is not to allow food in all the hotel facilities, but they should check it discreetly, I think that what I carry in my handbag is my own business and nobody has to question me, it happened to me that I went out to buy some medicines and personal hygiene things at the pharmacy and at the entrance of the elevator besides the shamelessly Czech surveillance guy with his eyes on my semi-transparent shopping bag by the way, he still asked me what I had in the bag. Another point is that they charge for the use of beach beds and chairs. I believe that if the guest pays a minimum of 7500 per night, as in my case, the hotel is obliged to absorb the cost of the beach furniture. This is my fourth visit to the hotel, but those details force me to choose different accommodations for my next visit to Acapulco.

OF THE GRAND HOTEL ACAPULCO, EVERYTHING, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. GREETINGS AND THANK YOU. JOSE LUIS BLANCO. ***
***** On the left side of the hotel, in front of the beach, there is uh sewage or rain water drainage that goes out to the sea, this water is stagnant and has BAD HOLOR, it is rotten, in fact the day it rained at night, I think it was Sunday or last Monday, some of this dirty water went out to the sea and you felt the bad smell and garbage that is accumulated in this drainage, . I RECOMMEND TO THE HOTEL GRNA HOTEL ACAPULCO, TO TAKE MEASURES AND TO CLEAN THIS DRAINAGE TO AVOID THE CONTAMINATION OF THE SEA WATER THAT IS PRECISELY STOPPED TO THE BEACH. IT IS VERY UNPLEASANT AND HARMFUL TO THE HEALTH OF ALL OF US WHO ENJOY THIS PART OF THE BEACH IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, GRAN HOTEL ACAPULCO. JOSE LUIS BLANCO. ***

I especially loved the location next to the sea, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. The huge restaurant, with its abundance of wait staff, provided a delightful dining experience. The rooms, located on the top floors, were well-equipped with amenities such as a safe for valuables and offered a breathtaking view of the sea.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel is in an excellent location right off the coast, making it easy to enjoy the beach and other attractions. There are stores across the road, providing convenience for guests. The rooms offer a great view of the sea and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel's strict policies regarding outside food and beverages can be inconvenient for guests.
